Policy and Commitment of Metal Conflict-Free

無沖突金屬政策與承諾

As a member of the electronic supply chain, Tong Fang has committed not using or purchasing conflict metals derived from minerals being sourced from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) conflict areas, TongFang has taken due diligence with our social responsibility. We herein declare the metal Conflict-Free on products supplied to customers:

Not to purchase conflict minerals produced in the conflict areas

Assure “DRC Conflict-Free” for the metals of gold(Au), tantalum(Ta), tungsten(W), cobalt(Co) and tin(Sn) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions. Trade routes not confirmed to be “Conflict Free” include direct exports from DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania and Kenya(countries of whom the U.N. Security Council note are global export routes for DRC-mined minerals).

Strive to require the upstream and various raw materials suppliers to refuse to use conflict minerals from the conflict areas.

To ensure suppliers comply with policy, TongFang has required all metals suppliers to declare on prohibiting the Use of Conflict minerals. We would like to confirm metals used in products sold to TongFang are “DRC Conflict-Free”.

作為電子產業供應鏈的一員，同方承諾不使用及不購買來自于剛果民主共和國等沖突區域所產出之沖突金屬，亦已進行詳細供應鏈調查，并寫成政策，以維護客戶權益并善盡社會責任。本公司無沖突金屬政策如下：

不采購來自沖突金屬區域所產出的沖突金屬

確保金（Au）、鉭（Ta）、鎢（Wu）、鈷（Co）、錫（Sn）這類金屬并非透過無政府軍團或非法集團，由剛果民主共和國沖突區域之礦區開采或是循非法走私途徑取得。此外，下列國家出口之金屬皆不符合『無沖突規范』：剛果民主共和國（DRC），盧安達，烏干達，蒲隆地，坦尚尼亞，肯亞（聯合國安理會認定上述國家皆為剛果礦脈之礦產）。

致力要求上游及各原料供應商，拒絕使用來自沖突區域的沖突金屬

為確保供應鏈廠商亦遵照此一政策，本公司已要求同方的所有金屬供應商，均需填寫禁用沖突金屬承諾書。本公司保證出售于客戶之產品所含金屬皆符合無沖突規范。

以下簽署茲此代表本公司經調查并承諾我們的產品符合深圳市同方電子新材料有限公司之以上『無沖突金屬政策與承諾』，未使用及未采購沖突區域之“沖突金屬”。
